Adoptive Families magazine has named China Ghosts as one of the best books of 2008. The magazine’s full list of best memoirs, picture books and parenting guides appears in its August issue. China Ghosts has just been released in paperback.

Jeff Gammage will be the keynote speaker at “Willingboro Writes,” to be held April 12 at the Public Library in Willingboro, N.J., as part of National Library Week. The author luncheon is free and open to all, though advance registration is required by calling 609-877-6668 after March 31. Gammage grew up in Willingboro and now lives in Elkins Park, Pa.
